「4 in a Row NEO」（以下「本アプリ」）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重します。本アプリは個人情報を収集しません。アカウント登録は不要で、ゲームデータは基本的にお使いのデバイス内に保存されます。ただし、CHALLENGE モードのレート（ELO）は、世界ランキングのため Apple の Game Center に送信されます（詳細は第 4 項）。
4 in a Row NEO ("the App") respects your privacy. The App does not collect personal information. No account is required, and your game data is generally stored on your device. The only exception is your CHALLENGE-mode rating (ELO), which is submitted to Apple's Game Center for the global ranking (see Section 4).
本アプリは、個人を特定できる情報（氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報など）を一切収集しません。
以下のデータは、お使いのデバイス内にのみローカル保存され、開発者が取得・送信することはありません。
上記のうち CHALLENGE モードのレート（ELO）の数値のみ、世界ランキングへの掲載のため Apple の Game Center に送信されます（第 4 項）。開発者がこのデータを直接保管・閲覧することはありません。
The App does not collect any personally identifiable information (such as name, email address, phone number, or location).

Of the above, only your CHALLENGE-mode rating (the ELO number) is submitted to Apple's Game Center so it can appear on the global ranking (Section 4). The developer does not directly store or view this data.
本アプリのアプリ内課金は、Apple の App Store（StoreKit）を通じて処理されます。決済情報は Apple によって処理され、開発者がクレジットカード番号などの決済情報にアクセスすることはありません。
In-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store (StoreKit). Payment information is handled by Apple; the developer never has access to your payment details such as credit card numbers.
本アプリは、ランキング（リーダーボード）機能のために Apple の Game Center を利用します。CHALLENGE モードの対戦結果に応じて、あなたの ELO レートの数値が Game Center のリーダーボードに送信され、世界ランキングに表示されます。送信されるのはレートの数値のみで、氏名などの個人情報は本アプリから送信されません。
Game Center の利用・認証・リーダーボード上での表示名は Apple によって管理され、Apple のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。Game Center にサインインしていない場合、レートは端末内にのみ保存され、世界ランキングには送信されません。その場合でも本アプリのゲーム本編は問題なく遊べます。
The App uses Apple's Game Center for its leaderboard feature. Based on your CHALLENGE-mode results, your ELO rating value is submitted to the Game Center leaderboard and shown on the global ranking. Only the rating number is sent; the App does not send personal information such as your name.
Game Center usage, authentication, and the display name shown on the leaderboard are managed by Apple and subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. If you are not signed in to Game Center, your rating stays only on your device and is not submitted to the global ranking. Either way, the App's core gameplay works normally.
本アプリは広告を表示しません。また、第三者の分析・トラッキングツールを使用しておらず、利用状況を追跡することもありません。
The App displays no advertisements. It does not use any third-party analytics or tracking tools, and it does not track your usage.
本アプリは、収集したデータがそもそも存在しないため、いかなる第三者にもデータを提供・販売しません。
Because the App does not collect data in the first place, it does not share or sell any data to third parties.
本アプリは個人情報を収集しないため、子どもを含むすべての年齢の方に安全にご利用いただけます。
Because the App collects no personal information, it is safe for users of all ages, including children.
