利用規約
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、megahosoi.net（以下「当サイト」）が提供する Web サービスおよび iOS アプリ（以下、総称して「本サービス」）のご利用に関する条件を定めるものです。本サービスをご利用いただく際は、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
第1条（適用範囲）
本規約は、当サイト運営者と本サービスを利用するすべてのユーザーとの間に適用されます。本サービスには、以下のものが含まれます。
- iOS アプリ（百マス計算 等）
- スポーツライブスコア（/score/ 配下の Web サービス）
- 当サイトに掲載するすべてのページおよびコンテンツ
第2条（利用条件）
本サービスの一部はログインや会員登録を必要とせず、どなたでも無料でご利用いただけます。本サービスの利用にあたっては、以下の事項に同意いただく必要があります。
- 本規約および別途定めるプライバシーポリシーに従うこと
- 日本国の法令およびその他の適用される法令を遵守すること
- 本サービスの正常な運営を妨げる行為を行わないこと
第3条（スポーツライブスコアについての特則）
スポーツライブスコアは、登録不要で試合スコアをリアルタイムに共有できる Web サービスです。本サービスを利用する場合、ユーザーは次の事項にあらかじめ同意するものとします。
- 更新用 URL を知る者は、誰でもスコアの更新・編集が可能であること。URL の管理はユーザー自身の責任で行うものとします
- 登録された試合データ（選手名・スコア・試合形式等）は、最終更新から24時間が経過すると自動的に削除されること
- ユーザーが入力する選手名やチーム名等の情報は、閲覧用 URL を知る不特定の閲覧者に公開されること。第三者の氏名等を入力する際は、必要に応じて本人の同意を取得すること
- 本サービスは個人開発・無料提供のため、可用性・データ保全について保証しないこと。重要な記録用途には別途公式記録を併用すること
第4条（禁止事項）
ユーザーは、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはならないものとします。
- 法令、公序良俗に反する行為
- 他のユーザー、第三者または当サイト運営者の権利を侵害する行為
- 第三者の個人情報・肖像・氏名等を無断で本サービスに登録・公開する行為
- 本サービスの運営を故意に妨害する行為（過剰なアクセス、サーバーへの不正なリクエスト送信、脆弱性の悪用 等）
- 本サービスを利用した営利目的の事業活動（運営者の事前承諾がある場合を除く）
- 本サービスを通じて取得した情報を、不正に複製・改変・再配布する行為
- その他、当サイト運営者が不適切と判断する行為
第5条（広告の掲載）
当サイトおよび本サービス（特に閲覧用画面）には、第三者が配信する広告が表示されることがあります。広告の内容に基づくユーザーと第三者との取引・トラブルについて、当サイト運営者は責任を負いません。
第6条（知的財産権）
本サービスおよび当サイトに掲載されているコンテンツ（テキスト、画像、ロゴ、プログラム、デザイン等）の著作権その他の知的財産権は、特に表示のない限り、当サイト運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。許可なく複製・転載・改変・公衆送信することを禁じます。
第7条（免責）
- 当サイト運営者は、本サービスに関し、その完全性・正確性・有用性・特定目的への適合性・継続提供性等について、いかなる保証も行いません
- 本サービスの利用または利用不能から生じたユーザーの損害について、当サイト運営者は一切の責任を負いません
- 当サイト運営者は、メンテナンス、システム障害、外部環境の変化等により、ユーザーへの事前通知なく本サービスの内容を変更・中断・終了することがあります
第8条（規約の変更）
当サイト運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を改定することができます。重要な変更がある場合は、当サイト上で告知します。改定後の規約は、当サイト上に掲載された時点で効力を生じます。
第9条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約の解釈および適用は日本法に準拠するものとし、本サービスに関連して当サイト運営者とユーザーとの間で紛争が生じた場合は、当サイト運営者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the web services and iOS applications (collectively, "the Service") provided by megahosoi.net ("we" or "the Site"). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 1 (Scope)
These Terms apply between the Site operator and all users of the Service. The Service includes the following:
- iOS applications (such as Hyakumasu)
- Sports Live Score (the web service under /score/)
- All pages and content published on this Site
Article 2 (Conditions of Use)
Parts of the Service do not require login or account registration and may be used free of charge. By using the Service, you agree to the following:
- Comply with these Terms and the separately stated Privacy Policy
- Comply with the laws of Japan and other applicable laws
- Refrain from any action that interferes with the normal operation of the Service
Article 3 (Special Terms for Sports Live Score)
Sports Live Score is a web service for real-time sharing of match scores without registration. By using this Service, the user agrees in advance to the following:
- Anyone who knows the editor URL can update or modify scores. URL management is the user's own responsibility.
- Registered match data (player names, scores, match format, etc.) is automatically deleted 24 hours after the last update.
- Information such as player or team names entered by users will be visible to any unspecified viewer who knows the viewer URL. When entering names of third parties, please obtain their consent as needed.
- Because this Service is independently developed and offered free of charge, we make no guarantees about availability or data preservation. For records of importance, please also keep separate official records.
Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users shall not engage in the following actions when using the Service:
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Acts that infringe the rights of other users, third parties, or the Site operator
- Registering or publishing personal information, portraits, or names of third parties on the Service without consent
- Intentionally interfering with the operation of the Service (excessive access, unauthorized requests to the server, exploitation of vulnerabilities, etc.)
- Using the Service for commercial business activities (except with prior consent of the operator)
- Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or redistribution of information obtained through the Service
- Other acts that the Site operator deems inappropriate
Article 5 (Advertising)
This Site and parts of the Service (particularly the viewer screens) may display advertisements delivered by third parties. The Site operator assumes no responsibility for transactions or disputes between users and third parties based on advertising content.
Article 6 (Intellectual Property)
Unless otherwise indicated, copyrights and other intellectual property rights for content (text, images, logos, programs, designs, etc.) on the Service and Site belong to the Site operator or rightful holders. Reproduction, reprinting, modification, or public transmission without permission is prohibited.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
- The Site operator makes no warranties as to the completeness, accuracy, usefulness, fitness for a particular purpose, or continued availability of the Service.
- The Site operator assumes no responsibility for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
- The Site operator may change, suspend, or terminate the Service without prior notice due to maintenance, system failures, changes in the external environment, etc.
Article 8 (Changes to Terms)
The Site operator may revise these Terms as necessary. Significant changes will be announced on this Site. Revised Terms become effective upon publication on this Site.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute between the Site operator and users related to the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Site operator shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
